Woomaster has just opened in Saigon recently, introducing a bold and unique European-Korean steak experience featuring their signature Water-Aging technique, 21 days in water at 2°C to bring out rich umami flavors and a naturally sweet finish.
I’ve had plenty of beef lately, but this was truly something else — tender, juicy, and full of flavor.
I’ve been missing Europe lately, and dishes like Caesar salad, beetroot-cured salmon, and king crab pasta brought me right back but with that unmistakable Korean twist.
And yes, the desserts were just as impressive.
The ambiance is both elegant and quietly intimate. Private rooms are available, making it perfect for a warm, slow-paced dinner. It was a little busy when I visited, so service was a bit slow, but the staff were absolutely lovely and attentive.
The restaurant offers both à la carte and set menus, but I highly recommend going for the set if it’s your first time.
Woomaster is truly a hidden oasis in the heart of District 3, and I’m already planning my third visit!
