Born in Louisiana’s bayous, Cajun boils mix French, African, and Southern flavours all soaked in spicy, buttery sauce.
Over 10 years ago, Tăng Thanh Hà, a famous Vietnamese actress, was inspired by her love of home-cooked meals, and she brought that Louisiana memory home for her family.
And in Vietnam, with the freshest seafood? It became magic.
