I’ve got two close friends from Brazil, so Latin American dishes are always near to my heart.

📍Stracciatella Fruit Salad – light, creamy, and refreshing.

📍Tropical Seabass Ceviche – sweet, tangy, a little spicy, and super addictive!

📍And the Chicken Fajitas; my ultimate favorite – tender, spicy, and so satisfying with rice that I still wanted more.

I couldn’t resist ordering the Dulce de Leche Opera Cake. The base was a little dry, but with fresh cream, it balanced out perfectly.

I’ve heard about Sol for so long but never had the chance to visit; turns out it’s been on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list for 3 years straight! At first, we planned to order one set each, but the portions were huge, so we just shared one dessert instead.
