What kind of heavenly place is this where you can enjoy Gold-Leaf Vegan Beef, a Sushi Boat, or even the elegant Lychee in Imperial Garden?

All of these are signature vegetarian dishes from Tuệ House Marina. It was my first visit and I was honestly wow’ed; who knew vegetarian cuisine could be crafted this meticulously and beautifully?

And the Durian Curry… oh my gosh; rich, creamy, fragrant, and seriously addictive. It’s incredibly rare to find a place in Saigon that cooks durian curry this well.

They even serve lychees picked straight from Tuệ’s Imperial Garden; the outer layer is lightly crisp, and inside is juicy lychee stuffed with plant-based pâté, dipped in Tuệ’s signature sauce. Surprisingly delicious!

Then comes the vegan sushi; I was genuinely shocked at how close it tastes to high-quality sashimi from Japanese restaurants. So refined and well-crafted.

Take a stroll around and you’ll see the billion-dollar view: a direct line of sight to Ba Son Bridge and Landmark 81 with cool breezes flowing through. Perfect place for a romantic date!

We ended the meal with a gentle, refreshing Lotus Tofu Dessert.

At Chay Tuệ Marina, you’re not just here for good food and beautiful views; you also get a moment of inner calm after long and busy days. It truly feels like stepping into a peaceful sanctuary with warm lighting and earthy, meditative tones. The restaurant is often full, yet the staff always keep a warm smile.
